i have been buying goods from this shop for 4 years and have had excellent service from these professional people any problem you might have even out of warranty they deal with it in a professorial way.so mr john who claims that he bought the R3 DAB why on earth you have not been in touch with these people. so you put me in doubt that even if you have bought any thing from this firm.check it for yourself, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE PLEASE do not trust these comments on these site which have intentions to ruin someones business .as a customer of this firm i always recomend them.cheap and perfect
