Kirby Bennerman and Wendy (Quality and Control) at Tastykake in Philadelphia location, entered into a business agreement with myself (a military vet) where they were paid $4000. Kirby Bennerman and Wendy stated that the employees at Tastykake were going to join our savings program in return. Kirby Bennerman did not make us aware that Tastykake was on a strike, his people that he promised and confirmed did not join and he refuses to refund our money. All we want is our $4000 refunded.
