Original review posted by user Apr 26, 2021 Really unhappy with the shipping department of Amazon. Ten days have passed since I placed the order on April, 16, and the department has not even shipped out the products. And the reply from the customer service that it would be shipped on April 23 certainly did not come to pass. So much precious time was wasted in the shipping department. Never have I waited so long for a package to ship elsewhere. It really sucks. Is there a grievance department to file this complaint (extremely, peculiar tardiness)? Second, as noted on the Amazon website, there is no import fee deposit, but why am I still charged an import fee of $13.96 for this purchase??? Can I be refunded in this asap.
