The consignment no. Of my courier is b12641185. I sent the courier from bangalore to ludhiana via dtdc courier on 1/9/2014. There were 4 items in the package. The package reached ludhiana on 3/9/2014. But no attempts were made to reach the customer to deliver the package. When the recipient went to the dtdc courier office to collect the package, one of the items was missing from the package. During the transit or after the transit the package was opened, item was removed and package sealed. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Dtdc is pathetic.
