I regularly buy the 5 pack tally ho which is the expensive rollie paper and in each individual pack there is 5 to 10 papers which don't stick. Each time I try lighting, relighting, resticking and then usually try another paper on top which also doesnt stick. With Tobacco so expensive as well as how disgusting it is to unroll and reroll and lit ciggi, this is just not okay.
