Talktalk appalling treatment of vulnerable customer

I have been a talktalk customer for 13 years, last year after having major heart surgery I was experiencing daily disconnections, had to wait 3 weeks for an engineer who never bothered to turnup, instead of the compensation I actually had £60 stolen, it took them 3 months to get Openreach and identify a faulty router, a year later the nightmare with this disgusting company has not ended. User's recommendation: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE- DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS.
