Hi Damac Team, I visited the Damac Executive Heights office in Barsha Heights Dubai on 09-Jun-2021 as I was called for an interview by the HR Team for the post of Senior Planning Engineer. My 1st round with HR Mr.Prashanth Baladhanavi went smoothly for about 40 minutes and I found him to be well versed with his profession as a HR. However in the 2nd round I was interviewed by Yasir Hussain and Venu. They did not even introduce themselves to me and asked very irrelevant questions about the role and literally started bullying me about my previous experience and professionalism. Please note that I have good experience with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors in UAE, KSA & India. Please take action against these people and save your reputation as found them to be extremely unprofessional and unethical in their behavior.
