I used the card and i notice that when I make a purchase , the total after the purchase is always wrong. so its taking money that I have available and reducing it. I have tried to get in touch with company with no success and I will not wait for 3 hours on the phone. User's recommendation: go into web and check the balance once you use . you will see its not subtracting correctly and taking your money.
