I placed an ad, and it was removed straight away. I tried again and yet again the money was taken but ad deleted. The costumer care service was horrendous, and online help I found absolutely ignorant. These people should not be there to help costumers if they are going to take the wrong attitude towards costumers. I will definitely not be using Gumtree again User's recommendation: Don’t bother using.
