purchased a set of rod holders through online services after getting a delivery date online that day passed a week later reeived an email then that my product was on back order and I would get notification when purchase was in with delivery date. a week latter I went into site to check status of order and there they were available and at an even lower price I tried to contact them to see when my order would be sent with no results. Went into live chat and after 30 minutes they told me that they could not find any indicator that order even existed all this time they have had my money and I don't have my product stay away from this company.
