Take pictures of your vehicle before dropping it off the service dept

I dropped my 2018 Nissan Kicks off on 12/7/2019 for recall, oil change, and tire rotation. I received a call stating there were two nails in my back driver side tire, and it would be $190 to replace, which I ok'd. When I picked up my car, I noticed a noise coming from the tire. I pulled over at the gas station directly across the street from the dealership. The sales sticker was left on the new tire (top driver side) causing the noise. I then noticed two clean slashes on the back driver side tire. I returned my car to the dealership. They looked back at the pictures taken when dropping off the car but could not see any details on the tires. They denied any responsibility.I asked the associate to speak to his manager about replacing the tire at no cost which was denied. They supposedly checked each tire, found the nails in one tire, but completely missed the slashes on the other tire. They replaced the tire taking off $30. I again left my car for the tire to be replaced. When I arrived again, I was told that when replacing the second tire the tire sensor was damaged by a new technician and would take 3 days to replace (Tuesday 12/10/2019) No one noticed the slashes during the tire rotation and a new technician damaged the tire sensor, but they would not even consider that the slashes could have been done there. The slashes had no dirt/dust in it. It was completely clean. The technician either did not check each tire or the damage was done there. I absolutely do not believe the technician could miss the slashes I was in danger or a hazard to other drivers driving a vehicle with a damaged tire of that magnitude.
