We live in the Tampa, FL area. Switched from ATT to T-Mobile because of the cheaper price for their unlimited services. What a mistake! I could write a book about their inferior coverage, their crap support, the lies they told during my initial sign up, the (shockingly) inflated price we received that they refused to adjust, their constant apologies about all the issues and their refusal to release the chat log (which shows they did, in fact, completely misrepresent the equipment we were to receive and the ongoing rate). So, they are NOT to be trusted in anything they tell you. We switched to Verizon and have had issues. User's recommendation: Stay away from T-Mobile at any cost!!!!
