I bought clothes during lockdown level 5 on your buy one get promotion and only to find out last week intended to wear the top, at my surprise the systematic tag wasn't taken off, I then went to Westgate Mall for assistance. The response I got was that "without proof of purchase we can't help you" I'm not a shoplifter. I'm a loyal customer of Queenspark ,I'm so disappointed by the service I got. User's recommendation: Double check your purchase before leaving the store.
