You took care of the password problem. Then I had a problem with the warning lights not coming on to phone calls and its still not resolved I definitely feel that its a programming problem but yet your technical service department was unable to help me out because my computer was built for me by an IT person after the fires in 2017 and he just put a picture on my computer its a click on that theres no password needed so unfortunatelyWithout that password you cant get into my computer to help me it sucks
