System Mechanic was not able to get an internet connection

About a week ago I tried to start System Mechanic, and it didn't work. The software stopped after seconds without an error message. So I reinstalled the software. Now the software was not able to get an internet connection even after is stopped the firewall and uninstalled the antivirus software. That all happened in a user partition.ays enterd the admin password
