System doesn’t connect to app and now channels are going down

I have had this system for less than a year. I have called into tech support multiple times and waited WAY too long for what is seems like is someone answering (recording goes to complete silence) i have waited for 30 additional mins in silence and no one picks up. I have tried the call back feature and received a call back but when i answer silence. Not only have i not been able to connect to the internet but now my channels are going out (i bought new cameras to make sure it wasn't my camera. ) User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE.
