Sympathy flowers

3

Ordered online sympathy flowers for my aunt, my uncle recently passed away. I was charged $119.85 for flowers delivery and sympathy card to be delivered on Friday 27th August. Confirmation of order and delivery was received. However on talking to my aunt on Monday 30 th august, no flowers had been delivered. Contacted Bloomtex and was advised delivery would be Wednesday owing to no COVID drivers, we are in Perth ??. I requested flowers be delivered that day or I want a full refund. I was shocked when my aunt sent me a photo of a small bunch of half dead flowers left at her doorstep, even though customer service advised I would get an upgrade. My aunt was upset by the condition of the flowers, forwarded a photo to Laurel and Jimmy at [protected]@bloomex.com.au. Further email stated that outer leaves are to protect the flowers and have to be hydrated in water for 2 hours. I honestly believe your company has not delivered on the order placed and are not a trustworthy business. I am talking to Consumer Protection about this, as no one from you company has even called me with any explanation. I would still request a full refund, as I am going to purchase more flowers from a more reputable florist business. I will never use or recommend your business again.
