I went into the Blackstone location in Tallahassee Florida. I was trying to redeem free premium voucher from game .before going in I saw two cars go through car wash. I waited in line for 10 minutes long line only one cashier after waiting in line 10 minutes . I ask how I can redeem my car wash without batting an eye .I she looks at me and says the car wash is broken I said cars just went through . Was told broken.I walked out the door and walk back in because two cars have already went through at this time Im looking it was a car in the car wash at the time I tried to explain that to her. I was told it didnt work she said. She was very rude and told me the customer earlier today told her it wasnt working so she thought it wasnt I said can I redeem the car wash she said no its not working again I told her cars went through I still was not able to redeem as by this time there were several other people in line and she was ignoring me and going back to them I just walked away I tried to call corporate office to explain to them what was going on with sent to some weird customer service thing that wanted me to put in some kind of code called again I was again transferred . After calling again transferred twice . Then hung up on again. User's recommendation: Do not shop circle k customer service was the worst and corporate does no not care.
