Swindled & tricked by sprint

I left sprint in 11/2020 because of poor customer service. I was Charged for 3 months of service after I canceled my account. They said I did not cancel however at the same time are aware I made a call to them on 11/4/20 asking for my account number. It was within the same call I told them I wanted my account closed. I was Reported to collections without my knowledge of the bogus charges. I filed complaints with BBB, FTC & FCC. I Was contacted by them with an offer to help me however found the representative to be untrustworthy with contradictory information. I will attach the emails I received from her User's recommendation: You will regret using sprint phone services.
