Sweater I have not received

I have not received one of the sweaters that I ordered in november! I was told they would be here no later than the 12th of december. They never showed. One showed up after christmas and I emailed about the other. They told me it would be on it's way soon. It is january 31st! I still do not have a sweater. I have been emailing the company many times and nothing has been done! They have recently sent an email stating they were no longer in business. What in the heck? I either want my sweater of "chunk" from the goonie's or I want reimbursed. I paid $110 for these!!!
