This company was hired based on the many positive reviews after searching for a carpet cleaning service in our area. Evidently the reviewers for this company are paid or they are family & friends because we DID NOT HAVE GOOD RESULTS from this company AT ALL! The owner is the one providing the service and he wants the customer to believe he really knows what he is doing. He seemed really bothered that someone was present while he was in our home. The friendly personality quickly disappeared when a question was asked regarding his method for performing the task at hand and the outcome. Do you want to hire someone who "becomes angry" and completely unprofessional just because a single question is asked of him regarding his work? We finished the job ourselves! Hire someone else!!
