I recently paid $650 for a year's extension. I have been trying for a week or more to set up an appointment for replacing my ice maker. All i get is a message stating their applications are down, call back tomorrow. I spent 32 years in the IT industry and I know what firms do to keep their customer interfaces up. Either Sears Home Services has a very poor IT department or they are defrauding their customers.Do notdo User's recommendation: do not sign up with this service.
