Support is no help

I cannot see my 2020 Tax docs online, The customer supports person as well as the manager did not listen (not sure why you are not able to see it - we can see it) and they are not able to send it to me by snail mail in an expedited manner as per them, it will take 2-3 weeks for the doc to reach me User's recommendation: Move your money elsewhere.
