No way was old navy at fault here ! This problem was totally my fault . I was just having an issue using my super cash . Having not order on line in quite awhile I thought my super cash wasnt used at the time of my order . It turns out it was , just another senior moment.I appreciate the help I received from your customer service . User's recommendation: If you have an issue use their customer service, they’re great.
