My Sunday paper was not delivered. When I called Customer Service the computer told me that my account had been credited. I did not want my account credited, I wanted to have my newspaper delivered. After 2 more calls to the Customer Service number I reached a human that said that missed papers were no longer redelivered. If I wanted to only read my newspaper online, I would not pay the extra for delivery on User's recommendation: Don't waste your money on delivery since you cannot be assured that you will get it. Just read it online or read the New York Times.
