Sunbeam does not stand behind its warranty

I have a Sunbeam XpressHeat heating pad that is 11 months old and doesn't work. I have phoned the company 4 times and exchanged emails 12 times. They finally send a new heating pad that is of lesser value. My box says 5 year warranty so I expect it to be replaced with the same product. The one I have is 150 watt, 6 heat setting and they sent a 55 watt and 4 heating, and no stay on button.I can't believe how hard it is to get a replacment or help. User's recommendation: Never.
