I can not comment on anyone's post in the 'comment sections'. I can vote 'up or down' but comments are declined. Happened about 3 months ago and I am surprised there is no recourse or information. I've been an AOL member for 20+ years. If I have done something wrong, explain (examples) and tell me. I will, can, would correct it. I really don't want to go to another server-BUT I will if this is how you treat a very long using customer. Do you use an algorithm to determine or one individual who is having a bad day? Just flip a 'button' and allow me back.
