We had a 3:00 appointment at discount to have some new tires put on at 16131 west bell rd, surprise az. We arrived at 2:50 they took the keys and said it would be 45 minutes! That means they should have been done by 3:35 ! At 4 :30 , i went to check on the truck and they still had it on the ramps putting the tires on. So st 4:50 my husband went to ask them what was going on with the truck and they said , oh ! Its been done for awhile and we calked your name. Which was *** because at 4:30 they were stll working on it!!! So not only taking 2 hrs. to put the tires on and calling me a liar!! Never again and ill be sure i spread the word !!!!
