Such poor customer service.

Bought a Ruger pistol which I took it to shoot at range. Being a semi automatic it jammed and continued to jam so I took it back to Academy in College Station, Tx. They said it is your gun we dont take back guns, so I was upset at their attitude, if I would have bought a new car and it would not run I would take it back to dealership. So I became upset and finally they decided they would send it back to Ruger, so waited about a month because they were going to contact me. I went back to store to check on it and they had put it in back and just left it. User's recommendation: Buy some place other than Academy.
