My user ID is [protected] and the email address associated with the account is Chris.[protected]@gmail.com. I signed up for the three day free trial, and now see no way to cancel the account or billing. Your number is permanently too busy and this seems like a scam. Your email responses have also been less than helpful. I do not need to be directed to the website when I have specified that I can't cancel through the website!
