Cancellation policy not clearly stated. Must cancel within 30 days of subscribing, or you will be billed for one-year; there are no partial refunds if you cancel early. I saw the $84 charge on my credit card and investigated cancellation but not able to get refund after only using for less than 2 months. There is no customer service via phone or chat.
