AUrate's products are subpar and do not reflect the advertised product. I purchased an engraved necklace that did not look like what was shown on AUrate's website. The engraving style was completely different. I had previously emailed them if they could do a character engraving (as opposed to alphanumerical) and they said they would let me know if there were any issues. However, the company did NOT notify me that, in order to do a character engraving, they had to change the engraving style. The engraving style they choose made it extremely difficult to read the character. Customer service was terrible--they were rude and condescending. They basically blamed me for choosing a character engraving and hinted they went above and beyond for me to do a character engraving...BUT they didn't communicate with me at all! Customer service even went as far as to tell me to stop arguing with them. When they finally offered store credit, TWO MONTHS (45+ business days) went by before I finally emailed them. I strongly believe that if I didn't email them for follow-up, they would have delayed the process even longer. Once they received the email, they gave me the store credit right away, so I don't understand why this process took TWO MONTHS. However, at this point, I do not trust the company to provide quality products or good customer service. User's recommendation: Avoid this company! It's not worth dealing with their customer service.
