Suboptimal customer service
Unfortunately matched with an au pair who was well coached to answer common open ended questions Only to find out upon arrival, that not only could she not speak, but could not read or comprehend English at all.... Clearly was not appropriately vetted by said company at all....we were fooled by Skype interview which was well rehearsed Needless to say, no refund. Joke of a company
