Voucher Code: [protected] I have been dealing with your customer service department since around 5 June as a I received a watch that doesn't work. I sent video footage of the problem on two occasions as requested and have asked for a full refund of £14.98 (£9.99 watch/£4.99 p&p). I've been waiting since last week for a satisfactory response. The last email I received said they would send me a replacement, which I responded to straight away with a no, I just want my money refunded and have heard nothing since.
