Hello, Our Vehicle was towed to Subaru San Antonio San Pedro location because having issues with transmission.this was on Saturday in July Once at dealership service department they called to tell us that a master mechanic would need to look at the vehicle - in which they did and told us that a cable had been chewed by a rodent. We agreed to replace the cable and get new tires for the vehicle. Tires needed to be ordered so it took a week. Once the car was ready we picked up the car and while driving home the tire pressure indicator light came on. We drove it home and called the service department again - this time left a message since nobody picked up the call in person. They texted us back to bring it in - so we called again to get the reason why the tire pressure light came on and was not checked before giving us the vehicle - nobody called back....so we called the manager of the service department - and he did not return our call. Frustrated with this lack of service we took the car to Subaru San Antonio Dominion who took excellent care of us. The resolution of the tire pressure light was resolved - it was an over-inflated tire - 60 pounds of pressure on one tire - This is my complaint - WHY was this not checked at the San Pedro location - this is could have resulted in a tire blow out risking injury. And the lack of customer service at the Subaru San Pedro location is uncalled for. I will never take back my car to that location - and now i don't trust my vehicle since who knows that they did not not do to my car. Thanks Steve
