I started Solar to help my country and world and it has been F~ ~ ~ ~ d up. I asked for monthly billing after receiving my first bill. They could not change it! I have to wait a year. I waited a year, notified them of my change. Again, you messed it up and told me I have to wait a year. My year is up and I have tried to call, first you were updating billing for a month, then twice I was on hold one hour twice. To top it off you increased charges on solo customers for usage!! My bill is the same as it was before I got solar. I am working with channel two Los Angeles consumer reporter on these problems. Please help me fix my billing problem!!!!
