My first stun gun came within a week my second order of 3 so far has been going on 3 weeks so i canceled my order.Everytime i called i got an overseas operator.1 out of 6 calls i finally got an email confirmation i lost all faith in this company.The reason i cancelled wasn't because the product was misrepresented but the fact that there was very poor communication and customer service with the overseas reps. User's recommendation: Insist on speaking to a customer service agent in the good ole U.S.A.
