I had chosen citizens bank to take out student loans. Although the gentlemen i was working with was very polite he had us there for 3 hours. Couldnt seem to do any of it on his own. Was constantly calling others over to help him. Just called back to tell us we were denied. Which is fine. But then said that he thinks if we tried the loan a different way we would be approved. However i am supposed to go back to this office and sit with him again for how many hours? His name is justin rae and should not be helping anyone alone. He appears as if hes had no training. Or what training he has recieved hasnt stuck. This whole experience has made me regret ever choosing citizens bank.
