Store problems

i have went into Ollies store 8 (EIGHT TIMES) left 8 times with nothing--=the store had a line 3/4 long in the store- one person checking out 4 people in the office B/Sing doing nothing i did not have time to wait all day any 3 others did not either i have not been back this is clarksville tn store-dont know about others User's recommendation: be ready to stand in line awhile.
