I had placed an order for 11:46 pm technically last night it's 325 am it was supposed to be 27-37 minutes for delivery time. My store location was Alum Creek Columbus Ohio I called a few times the girl Angela said to keep waiting basically. My driver pulls in my parking lot at 2:31am exactly I had my porch light on and door open she seen me there waiting and drove off I never got my food I don't understand what is going on I want my refund this is absolutely crazy I'm Serv safe certified and was a manager at a Popeyes this store needs to get it together I've never had such a bad experience in my life they wanted my time and my money. I have been ordering there for years sometimes multiple times a week. It's going downhill.
