I called the to see why my delivery was taking so long. Usually my food comes really fast. The female who answered was RUDE when I asked questions and then she hung up on me. I called back and asked for her manager. A female manager came on and she answered the phone "yeah"? I then asked who was above her and a very nice young man came on. I am a 53 year old woman who worked as a retail manager for years and those two females would be instantly fired!!
