Sent numerous emails to VEC to show that documents for PUA has been uploaded and nothing has been resolved. Also sent copies of uploaded documents and confirmation numbers to show proof. I advised that I would contact Congress, governor etc to get this resolved they still don't care. My payment has been stopped since May. I advised that confirmation numbers and documents have been sent several times through email. Gov2go and customer service is rude and not successful. People have bills to pay and family to take care of. How do you just stop individuals payments for no reason and because your system is messed up. They keep rerouting calls and paperwork and there is no resolution.
