Why do you keep changing the packaging of your cigarettes?!?! Its obnoxious! Changing the boxes to all look the same was a terrible idea. I cant even count how many times Ive left the store with the wrong cigarettes because the boxes are nearly identical! Its confusing for retailers, especially for clerks who dont even smoke, and for the consumers because theres no consistency in the packaging. I smoke camel menthol silvers. The only difference is a slightly lighter shade of green than the menthol; yet the product is extremely different. I dont think Ive seen a different Marlboro red package ever. Theres good reason for it! Consumers know what theyre looking for and retailers know the difference between products. Its ridiculous that I cant even guide someone to the product Im looking for because I have no idea what the package looks like that day. Stop doodling on the boxes and put a little more of that time and energy into creating a package that ensures the consumer is getting what they want. PLEASE!!!
