STONEWALLING customers
This company is so fraudulent. I have had THREE lock outs in one week. THREE! There is something going on with the RESTART countdown 3:00 min. When it expires to 0:00 you are NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO START YOUR IGNITION without providing a new breath sample! I run into the gas station all the time and often I'm still within the 3:00 RESTART countdown when I get back into my car. Sometimes I'm not. Up until a week ago, if you tried to start your ignition after the countdown expired, the vehicle wouldn't start. You'd have to press the device button to begin a new breath sample. No big deal. But that's not what's happening, it allows me to start the vehicle and then I get a TEXT MESSAGE as I'm driving my vehicle that I'm in a lockout. No indication from m device, however, until the next time the vehicle is turned off and a new breath test is initiated. It takes 30+ minutes to get a customer service rep on the phone. They tell me I waited 4 minutes to restart my vehicle and that's why I'm in a lockout. I told them that's not supposed to be an available option and it never has been before. So now they've apparently changed the software on the devices and they can "catch you" in a lock out, NOT ANSWER their customer service line for a half hour, and then tell you it's your fault and if you want to prove it you have to pay $25 PER data log. And when I take it in for an inspection, if it "seems fine" I am responsible for the inspection cost. They won't show me what the calibrations are or the measurements they're comparing it against, but they sure as *** will charge me for inquiring. I would love nothing more than a class-action lawsuit against this criminal, narcissistic company. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them today. This is only the first step. I want out of this lease and I want a refund for all the ridiculous, *** fees they've collected from me over the years. Full stop, ya'll bout to get canceled. Document, document, DOCUMENT! Your attorney will thank you. User's recommendation: The ACTUAL WORST company ever.
