Sent in a very expensive pair of Gucci pink pants, they were stolen, intentionally and not returned, or even listed . This was the main reason i even sent in my bag . These were STOLEN from me !!! and were the only reason the bag was even sent in. The company stole these from me and their policy is set up as a scheme to keep doing this to everyone .
