Stole my money.

Bought tickets to a show months in advance, and then covid resurged and I made multiple requests for a refund in advance!!! Called, emailed, and nothing but hold lines and FAQ lists. I would rather miss a show than EVER deal with this company or ticketmaster ever. I'd rather donate that money to a food bank than line their pockets. User's recommendation: NEVER.
