On one of several transactions sent to the same family member in the Phils (about 2 transactiobe careful ns per month) the most recent transaction was taken out of my bank account but could not be delivered until I proved the transaction ID in my account and send them official ID INCLUDING Social Security Number. I send them my DL only and they still have not responded about the transaction. Getting in touch with them means a call to some Phil rep who does not seem to be able to resolve the issue. What gives with this company? User's recommendation: be careful in sending money you can't afford to lose.
