I bought two pairs of shoes for my kids last year 2019 in October. I got the shoes they were terrible quality m, I decided not to shop there again. Fast forward 7 months later my bank calls because they noticed this was coming out and we dont order from there. 280.00 was taken we call we cancel we explain and they agree to refund our money from this year and refuse to refund last years.inrefuse to shop here and just want to close put my account and recieve my hard earned money back, but they refuse.
