Paid for games and software will not install. Asked for money back, did not return money. Turns out their guaranteed Money Back is in store credit - which they won't give you, and even if they did, can't install anything so in store credit would be worthless. Big name Games, and I'm wondering if Major game companies know this company is doing this? They may be falsely selling major titled games without game manufacturer knowing, and stealing money on behalf of major game company names. User's recommendation: SCAM Don't buy from them.
