I have a stock certfificate that has been found in a deceased client's property (we are settling the estate) listing you as Transfer agent. The name MetalBanc Corporation Common Stock # NYC010943. There is a stamp that says the name was changed to Carom Capital Corp. The stock was issued to Charles and June Gerwig for 250 shares. the Gerwig's are now deceased. Can you tell me if this certificate remains valid and what next steps should be. Thanks,
